The required deposit on any order is 50%

1* If you have any complaints or exchanges, you must do so within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.

2* We do not refund money, but we may exchange the goods you return to us or give you a credit towards a future purchase.

3* We reserve the right to check the merchandise you return to us to see if a replacement or adjustment is appropriate.

4* Please check your merchandise, as all orders go through several stages of quality control before leaving our factory.

5* No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.

6* Please indicate date of purchase, invoice number and reason for return.

7* All returns must be shipped postage prepaid, we do not accept collect shipments.

8* You may return any damaged product, but you must follow our return policy.

9* The usual delivery time is 4 weeks from the time we pay the 50% deposit and receive the complete order.

10* All our uniforms are fully guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship.

11* We try to match colors as closely as possible.

12* Sometimes, in the dyeing process, the shade may vary a little, so we are not responsible for the differences.

13* Any notice of defective uniforms must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
